This application form outlines the basic information requirements for preparing a resource consent application for forestry activities in accordance with the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Plantation Forestry) Regulations 2017. Full information requirements are prescribed in Schedule 4 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA). An Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) will be required to support the resource consent application.
