Wellington Regional Council Harbourmaster’s Direction 3/2022 Tow – Exclusion zone

This direction is issued pursuant to section 33F of the Maritime Transport Act 1994 (the MTA) enabling the Harbourmaster to ensure maritime safety.
The tug MMA Vison will (weather permitting) be towing in the ship La Richardais (the tow refers to both vessels) into Wellington Harbour during the afternoon on Monday 6 June 2022 or when weather allows. The tow into the harbour will be undertaken in daylight only.
